One of my local retailers is selling G.Skill RAM (link to product: http://newgskill.web-bi.net/bbs/vi [...] r2&no=120) for 25€ discount.
I was planning on getting 4GB of 800MHz Kingston ValueRAM first, but that costs only 10€ less than the GSKill after the discount.
My problem is, that I don't know if the G.Skill mentioned above will work on ASUS P5Q-E.
The qualified mb list on http://newgskill.web-bi.net/bbs/vi [...] dr2&no=120 has:
Asus P5Q Deluxe
Asus P5Q Pro
Asus P5QL-E
but not Asus P5Q-E.
I guess it'll work, since there is not any major difference between Pro and -E, but if someone knows better, I'd be glad to heart it
