Intel E7200 Over-clocking

Hello,I just wanted to know, how far will i get with decent temps if i was to overclock the e7200 with stock cooling. Also, i just want to verify, by stock cooling do you mean the heatsink and fan that intel provided me with when i brought the e7200? Im just a little confused. My desired OC is 3.2ghz or 3.4ghz.

Don't know. There are so many variables that all you can do it try it and see. What you want to do is push the FSB as far as you can without increasing the core voltage.

Or get a better cooler.
