im trying to find a really good/worth it card for under 190 dollars. i was going to buy a 4850 but is there a specific brand thats good? i want somthing that can play crysis on Very High settings at 1280x768 or 1024x768
( no AA / AF ) THANKS!

PS. i don't want to deal with Rebates.

A Sapphire brand hd4850 is probably your best bet, and will easily play Crysis well enough at those resolutions.

If my memory serves, Nvidia cards run Crysis better then AMD cards. If you are looking for the better card overall, try to find a nice 4850. Look for one that has an after market cooler/dual slot cooler. If all you care about is Crysis, get a nice 9800GTX+.

could this be a better 4850 choice? because the 4850 that the one guy showed me got bed reviews as far as cooling goes.

Well if you count rebates Newegg had a 4870 512MB for $184.99 after discount code and rebate with free shipping today.

I would recommend this MSI card, it has an excellent cooler.
