HP pavilion a305w .............aka DEMON

Hi All! I STUPIDLY thought that I could put ram in my 'puter, DEMON, and now all it will do is 'beep...beep....beep...' no monitor, no mouse, just the fan turning and 'beep....beep...beep...' I was trying to install a new ram 'stick' in beside the one that came with DEMON when this fiasco occurred. I have tried:
~taken the new stick out
~put the new stick in
~took both the new and original sticks out
~put the original back in, nothing
~put only the new in, nothing
Have tried all these variations, all DEMON does is beep...beep...beep..
I noted that there is a plug with "P6" that is not connected to anything, hope I didn't accidentially pull it lose...otherwise looks like everything is connected...ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED BY BOTH MYSELF AND DEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!! unome

Hmmm....posted this hours ago and nothing...thanks but no thanks on help from here, will try to cancel my membership...thought this was for computer users to learn about their machines and share their knowledge...wrong again....
