I have a P5Q SE2
and a Q6600 processor

I have never tried to underclock or overclock before, so I really have no experience at all, I've read some tutorials and stuff but I think I'm still clueless on what I really need to do.

I tried lowering the FSB but i didn't noticed any changes at all, I don't know what other settings I should lower or change could anyone help me please?

Edit:: Also, the last option on my BioS " CPU Margin Enhanced " it can be set to Optimized, Compatible or Performance, which one is recommended ?

Also, sorry for the second thread, I think the first one was on the wrong section

Try lowering the multiplier an increment or so to start with. If you get any instability issues, turn it back up.
