im gunna upgrade my sstem, but what psu do i need?

im goin to upgrade it to this:

(NEW)amd athlon x2 4400+
(OLD)ASROCK ALIVENF6G-DVI
(OLD)Creative SB audigy 2zs
(NEW)2 gigs or cheap ddr2 ram
(NEW)ati radeon 4850
(ive got a pata hdd + dvd recorder as well)

A 500W PSU from a quality brand like Corsair, OCZ, Antec, PC Power & Cooling, or Enermax would be sufficient.

What size?

120mm

Fans come in all sizes. which do you need?
Do you want quiet fans?
Do you want fans that move a lot of air?
Do you want LED?

need reeealy powerful fans coz think im gunna have problems with my new graphics card in my micro atx case. 80mm

That fan is only 22CFM which isnt very powerful at all. You can find a lot of 32CFM 80mm fans which are about 50% more powerful for a lot less money.

Adjustable 24-42CFM with fan controller for about $5.

You can test your system out and measure the temps and use that to decide if, and how many, extra fans you might need. You might not need any.
