Primary input language Windows XP

Hello,
I have the language bar with three languages. I want to use English as my primary language but it always defaults to Chinese (Taiwan). How can I make it default do English?

Go to control panel and language/region option to change your language.

Oh, now I found it. It is under

Text services and input languages ... Details ... Default Input Language (at the top).

I overlooked this. I just assumed that you should be able to right click on the respective language and select it...
