Black screen after 3 error msg.

Hello,
how can i get my screen back after these 3 error msgs are displayed? multi,disk,rdisk,partition,2,windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll and KDCOM.DLL ??

Can you start the computer in Safe Mode? At what point is the system crashing?

You either have a virus that removed files, or some issues with the hard drive with bad sectors.

Try a recovery boot disk from Avira, http://www.avira.com/en/support-download, you want the Rescue System .iso file, make a CD from it, boot the computer and do a virus scan. If that fails, boot of an XP CD and do a Repair installation to re-copy the files over. http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm

That mostly looks like a problem with either your O/S, operating system or your HDD, try to booting into safe mode eg, pressing F8 when booting, if it starts in safe mode, u need to reinstall windows, if it does not, it could be the HDD, also the O/S. Try runing some chkdsk utility then reinstalling the O/S.

you will need to have some knowledge about computers.
