powercolor Ati x1650 pro 512mb

I have a powercolor atix1650 pro 512 mb agp card, would my system run better with the hd 2400/2600 or 3650. because I can upgrade soon and want to know how good my card is and if I should upgrade. My system is a biostar p4m-80 with a prescott pentium 2.6 ghz 1.5 gig of pc3200 mem and 250 sata hardrive windows xp pro.

I think its worth doing 2600XT or a 3650. You will notice the performance differance, or you should. As ever these things depend on the games you are playing but i had a X1650XT which i would call a bit better than a 1650 pro and the 2600XT or 3650 would be the same kind of improvement again.
Dont know if you are familiar with how the performance curve worked with the x series cards but the 2600XT or 3650 will perform to a similar level to the X1950 pro.

Well yeah i was wrong thanks for the link it would be a good boost,HD 2600 is a good midrange card

Without checking, so i could be wrong but i think its a smaller chip. I beleive the 3650 is a die shrink of the 2600 with better HD/audio features and would be the one i would get anyway. On the memory side of things GDDR 3 is better than GDDR 2. It does get reperted as ddr without the G but it sthe same differance i beleive.
