CANT UPDATE BIOS,[NO HELPYET!!]NO SOLUTION???

i have a p5gcmx mother board,with bios version 0108(DAMN OLD),
so tried to update it using update utility,but it showed no image files,
then i downloaded bios file and tried manually thEn it shoWed file doesnt match,
so i tried with ez flash utility still same error
,can anyone help me to update this thing.please.
