Is there a specific problem you (need to) solve with this Bios update? Or do you just want to because it's "Old"?

I recommend - in the strongest terms - that you do NOT flash a Bios on an otherwise fully functional system.

If you cannot control vcore with the old BIOS, you probably will not be able to with the update.

If this is a low spec motherboard or out of a commercial system, you are probably out of luck.

Try googling "P5GCMX-(UD)". Lots of hits.
