550ish with 30a 12v rail as a minimum. Something from the PCP&C range would be hawt. If you want xfire, look for 4x6pin and a big fat rail...im thinkin the 750 / 800w with 60a or so.
Whats with the 1066MHz ram anyhoo? Dont think the Q6600 utilisis more than PC6400.

Mondoman

Splendid
Yep, stay away from overclocked RAM (i.e. rated higher than 1.9V) and definitely stay away from OCZ overclocked RAM.

I would think 2 or 3 120mm exhaust fans would be enough. Intake fans often cause problems with airflow.

Actually i like OCZ RAM. I think Mondoman is getting at the fact that OCZ advertise the RAM at say 5-5-5-18 @ 2.1, yet when it comes the stock speed is lower and boots @ 1.9 therefore kinda false advertising
Other good brands are Mushkin, G.Skill and Corsair. Cant really go wrong with them around the $40-50 price mark.
Fans have a minimal impact on PSU draw, its mainly based on your GPU, HDD's and CPU.
