Cannot open pages to read ads

Hello,
When I get say a flyer, I cannot click on the items to open them or when someone sends me a URL I click on it and nothing happens. Is it a missing driver?

you did not say which web browser you were using, but I would install fire fox and go from there
perhaps you need to download and reinstall internet explorer, if that's what you like to use.
