Recently bought a Sapphire 5970 OC. After tinkering with it and the redline tool (over-volt tool) a bit.... I've found that upon closing Redline or restarting your system, the cards voltages go back to stock...
When you have it running at ~935/1345 you can begin to see a few problems with stock voltage.
CCC doesnt reset the Gpu or memory clocks upon restart, obviously.... so you start your computer, the OC clicks in.... and it goes unstable from lack of power.
Anyway around this? Am I doing something wrong?
I would use MSIs tool.... but you cant control memory clock voltages from what I hear...
