Archived from groups: comp.sys.palmtops (More info?)

"HotSync" quit working on my XP Pro desktop with my Zire 21. I probably
deleted or quarantined a file as a result of virus or spyware scanning.

What should I do? reinstall? Will the datafiles be overwritten?
