Both are good the DX1 is better then the DS and disregard any Creative suggestions = crap!
What's your budget and where do you shop(country)?

My budget is under $100, I am in america. I want a pci card, they're better than pcie.
EDIT: maybe I'll spend more if its worth it.

i had creative xfi audio then swapped it for asus dx1 and doesnt even come close asus wins hands down by miles. and my motherboard has xfi2 onboard which is pritty much ***.
