Hello,
where do i get drivers for g.e. cif single chip webcam free

I used to wish I knew the answer to this but finally found the mini CD that came with it. It was one of the hardest drivers I ever tried to track down. The camera only cost a few pounds and was nearly on its way to the tip when the CD turned up.

It's worth looking in Device Manager, right click the device and go to Properties then click the Details tab and look at HardwareIDs. Note the four characters after VEN for Vendor and the four after DEV for Device and input them in the appropriate boxes at http://www.pcidatabase.com to see if that helps but it didn't work for me.
