Comapny looks sound, http://www.compuvest.us/Info_ReturnRequest.aspx nothing about not returning refurbs. You get a 90 day Warranty as well so id say take a punt as long as the shipping is reasonable for you

$25 shipping to Canada, but I found their eBay account and the feedback looks pretty good

outside of ebay, I'm finding negative review after negative review after negative review... but most of them are just mad that the site said "new" and the product was open box or refurbished, and in fact still worked... doesn't bother me a bit, because it actually says it's refurbished here haha

it's a shame they don't offer alternative shipping options, they're located just accross the border from me in washington state... I've had an case mailed to me here from much farther into the US for under $25 and this is just a cpu!
