Problem whit ATK driver!!

Hey

I have downloadet a ATK driver to my motherboard (Asus P5V-VM DH), and it is downloadet to the right OS (Windows vista 32bit) but when i try to run the setup file it just open CMD for less than a second. Any one who can help??
