CPU Cooler Help Needed

I am doing my first build and I need advice on the best memory types and speeds for my new rig. Below is what I have so far.

HAF 932 AMD Edition
Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE
Cooler Master Silent Pro



I could really use some help deciding which CPU Cooler to go with. I want something that does a good job and fits well with the setup that I have.

1- For memory, with a 1333 memory you have enough. 2x2GB. Something like this

2- For cooler, the Hyper 212+ is a very good option. See here
