I need a micro ATX mb. It could be Intel or AMD, don't matter. I need it to be very reliable, fast and with plenty of USB connections. Your advice is appreciated.

More information is needed, to get a better answer than just "pick one, particularly from Asus or Gigabyte." Purpose? Budget? Connections needed?

Regardless of what board you choose you can always install a PCI USB card or a USB hub to add more ports. Up to 256 devices can be installed via USB ... although I do not recommend doing that....

Yes, I have a PCI USB card already that i'm planning to use. The mb is for a built for my brother. He's going to use it for light gaming and photos and videos of his son baseball and basketball games. I don't want to spend a lot, maybe $200 mb and cpu together.
