Motherboard opinion

Im planning to build a computer around christmas. I already got ideas on mostly all the parts except motherboard. Im not sure what motherboard to get. I want it to be a intel chipset, P45 or X58. For GPU im planning to get a 4870 x2 so the mobo has to support that. I want it to be ddr3 too. My budget for the whole computer is around $1300-$2000.

X58, you planning on getting in i7? You already have an idea of the parts... but the X58 and the P45 uses a different CPU...
Not worth getting a DDR3 at the moment. The 4870x2 should be compatible with most boards. Check Gigabyte or Asus. The Asus has the Rampage Formula Extreme - uses a P45 and DDR3.

I like some motherboards but im not sure which is the best one for gaming. They are Asus Rampage Formula, Asus Rampage Extreme, Intel DX48BT2 and Asus P5E3 Prenium. Can you tell me which one is best and worst?
