Noctua vs TRUE vs H50?

I'm going to buy a new cooler soon to keep up with higher temp's.

I know the TRUE and Noctua perform very much the same and that the TRUE can get a couple C's ahead, but how do they both compare to the H50?

Anyone have any results of a H50 using a i7 on high clocks?

More about : noctua true h50

3.8 Would be okay fine, I still want a good CPU cooler to keep temps low.

Noctua D14 -> Prolimatech mega -> True / H50
when dealing with i7 OCs over 3.8ghz from all the benches i have seen.
I went with the D14 and sitting at 54c under load with my c0 step i7 920 at 3.66ghz 1.232v

Could you show me those benches? Thanks

Not allowed to edit page so I'll have to double post.

Will it fit in a Antec 1200? It's freaking huge.

an antec 1200? i can't imagine there is much that won't fit in one of those.

but yes, the H50 isn't that great a cooler. not really worth buying over any of the other air coolers mentioned here.

Ill post some benchmarks but really you can get them off google.
These are randomly grabbed so those perfectionist that wanna argue they arnt credible thats fine go ahead, take it up with google.

have a look on google there are plenty of comparisons with the mega/d15/and true, the h50 is a little harder to find because it is a water cooler.

Thanks guys :)

I made my decision earlier and have already ordered the D14, was thinking about getting new fans for it but I guess I won't need to, at least not yet, but if I do what are some great replacement fans?

Stock H50 I would in some cases agree, but the H50 has the potential to be far better than any air setup if you are willing to mod a little. Check out some of the H50 enthusiast forums its pretty incredible what that thing can do with some minor mods.
