What mobo would you recommend for a single GTX 295 or 4870x2? The only other card I’ll be putting in there is maybe an audio card, unless the onboard audio is good enough for gaming. I won’t be RAIDing any drives. I’m thinking about the :

MSI X58 Pro LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
MSI X58 Platinum LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
They all seem to meet my needs, but I’m unsure as to the quality. I’ve looked at Proximon’s list but these ones aren’t there.

Gigabyte or ASUS P6T.

Any gigabyte or the one I have listed?

I"'m only going to ever have 1 graphics card and no O/C...so I really don't need the fancy stuff that comes with the P6t

Then go with the UD3R.

If the system is only for gaming, you can save a considerable amount by going with P45 mobo and E8500.
