Japan has demo ISDB-T cell phones that include a DTV receiver. They will
start simulcasting their HD and SD programs to cell phones in three
cities later this year. S. Korea has cell phones that receive T-DMB or
DMBX broadcast. That is really DAB spectrum converted to video.
In Europe they have cell phones witch can receive DTV-H DTV. And you
have many devices slightly larger like 4", 5" and 7" all capable of DTV
in these countries.
