Is C/Documents and Settings/All Users/Documents genuine folder?

Is there must be C/Documents and Settings/All Users/Documents folder in XP Pro?.The Documents folder has My pictures, My Videos,My Music folders.Also C/DOcuments and Settings/'username"/My Documents has My Pictures/Videos/Music folders so thery're duplicated.I can't delete this.How to delete this system folder?

Probably not exactly. Look in the folders, they won't both have the same files duplicated.

You don't. You also have a docs & settings for the built-in Admin account that also has My documents and the like.
Live with it.
