How do I set Westell 7500 Modem for Cinti. Bell Zoomtown?

I have a Westell 7500 modem and I am on Cincinnti Bell's Zoomtown Light. I want to use the Westell 7500 modem instead of the one Bell sent me because the 7500 has 4 ethernet ports. I want to connect two computers to is. How can I reprogram the Westell 7500 from Verison to Cincinnati Bell? I have tried the reset to set modem back to default setting without success.
