The return of the jumping bug?

Adam Cox and his "significant other" Kennedy are quite old but they live
happily in a nice house with Adrian (adopted son) his wife Chloe and three
grandsons (Lucius, Livius and Lucretius). But if I don't tell them what to
to, they just stand there, sometimes making tiny jumps and even an almost
full red peeing bar doesn't force them to move. Has this happened to anyone?

I'm not sure what the jumping bug is really. I've not yet installed the
patch onto my new computer, so hwne I play the sims..whenever an
important event happens..like first kiss, woohoo, birth of babies [or a
baby]..all the sims start having seizures until after the event. not
literally, of course, but they bounce around.

is THAT the jumping bug?
