The evga one is a core216 which means 216 stream processors compared to the 192 of the msi model. The core216 models come very close to the performance of the 280gtx, sometimes beating it.
You do know there is a specifications tab on newegg's page, right?
I'm sure they looked at that, but really the msi is just on sale with a rebate, so looking at pricing it's really just a $50 difference. Which could just be the price of the game that the evga comes with. My guess is that you could easily OC the msi to evga performance but i doubt you'd notice the difference in everyday usage. A small difference in 3dmark scores at the most maybe
