I am getting ready to purchase a new Phenom II X4 940. I am getting this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... . I am replacing my current CPU and motherboard (obviously). But I need to know if my power supply will be able to push everything i have.

Current setup:
Amd Athlon 5400 Black Edition (Being replaced by the Phenom II)
Asus M2N-E motherboard (Being replaced by the Asus M3A78-CM)
4gb of Gskill DDR2-800 PC 6400 Ram
Asus Radeon HD 4850 512 mb video card
Seagate 250 gb sata hard drive
Asus DVD-ROM
Sapphire Radeon Theatrix TV tuner card
Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit
and my PSU is a Rosewill 550W SLI ready

Will this PSU be enough for the new board (which is supposed to use less energy) and the new chip? Basically the new cpu is 125W and my current one is 65W. So there is only 60W difference. Do you think it will be enough?

Should be plenty of power. I'd still recommend upgrading to something better quality though (I believe Rosewill uses Fuhjyuu caps).
