Annoying BSOD...HELP!!

so i finally built my computer. everything was a breeze everything worked well no problem installing anything. but then as soon as i restart my computer and log back into windows xp...a BSOD appears after the first 10 seconds. so i reset everything and installed it all again and the same thing happened. I dont know wether it is the hard ware itself or a driver problem.

please help


Specs:
9800gt superclocked edition
evga 750i sli motherboard
500w powersupply
WD 320gb hard drive
2 gbs of ddr2 800 ocz ram

Is it a physical memory dump or a error shutdown

If its a shutdown it would say an error code like 0x0000000 (like 5 of those)

well it was more of a restart. like it would restart my computer and then i would log back in and it would do it again

BIOS update is always a good start.
Failing that try moving your mem into another slot.

so your saying it could be a ram problem

Possibility

Download Memtest+ and burn it as an ISO on a CD. Boot it up and run a test.
That will alert u if its the ram
