So, I've read around and think I know what I need but thought I'd run it by you guys. :)

My system is a Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16. (thinking about overclocking)
gigabyte G31M-ES2L
8 gigs GSkill 6400 DDR2
2 Sata hard drives
Dvd drive
I'll also have about 5 120mm fans going.

That should give you the idea of my system.

I'm going to upgrade to the GTX 285 and I only have a 600W power supply. In the specs it says it requires at least 650 so seems like a good opportunity to do an upgrade. I can't decide to go with just a 750 or spend a lot more to hold me over for something higher for a future down the road build. I'm pretty novice at this so I'd appreciate ya'lls help.

Here's a few I've been looking at.

The minimum requirements are inflated to account for poor quality PSUs, which unfortunately includes Raidmax. It should have enough power for your system, but I'd still recommend upgrading to a better quality unit such as Corsair VX550, Seasonic S12II 500W or Antec Earthwatts 500W.
