Need to order memory, Please Help

I have the Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5 motherboard and I need to know if I can run ddr3 1600 in all 4 memory banks, from what I understand I can only run the ddr3 1866 in two banks only. I'm ordering the parts for my new build. Below is what I have so far and any other suggestions would be welcomed.



HAF 932 AMD Edition
Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5
AMD x4 965 Black Edition
Cooler Master RS850 PSU
WD 1 TB SATA 3 6GB Hard Drive

Is there something i the manual that addresses this issue .... or why do you suspect there would be a problem ?

many mobos have issues with all slots full and it often requires relaxing the timings a bit.

What i have so far is ordered. The only thing that I have is the case. I'm new to this and I just want to try and have everything ordered and come in at around the same time.
