Safe Voltage?

Hi, I just installed some patriot ddr3 10666 and Its unstable at 1.5v for which its rated. I have to run it at 1.92-2.0v to make my system stable. Do I have a bad pair of dimms or is this normal. Here are my system specs

MSI gm785-e51
955 BE 3.2ghz
4gb Patriot 10666 ram
Rad 5770

O and im posting REALLY low scores on AMD overdrive benchmark for FPC, its 3800 average when i see anyone else with this same ram at 6k or above

Well what does it say in its specs to run it at.

The specs say to run it at 1.5v but the system will barely boot then crash at that setting, i have to run it at 1.92 minimum to be stable
