I have AS Ceramique & OCZ Freeze - which to use?

I got the Ceramique bc its non-electrically conductive. then i read review and saw freeze during my micro center shopping spree so I tossed one in. its my first build. E8400, Xygmatek 1283, Giga P45 UDR3, Antec900.

Advise, Sensei !

I researched and found my own answer - Freeze is not electrically conductive either. I didnt know that! Thats what Im going to use. btw the i dont work for ocz for anyone - Im doing my first build and got two TC's - time to unload my Ceramique

FREEZE , It has lowered temps on my last 3 builds by an average of 6-10 deg .
