Diferent brands of memory

Can I mix two different brands of memory if the only difference is one has tRAS of 12 and the other has a tRAS of 15? I have an Asus P5ne-sli mobo with OCZ2RPR800C44GK 4GB PC2-6400 (DDR2-800) (4-4-4-15)and hope to add Corsair TW2X4G6400C4PRO G (4-4-4-12)?

Are the voltages the same?
It might work, but it is never a good idea to mix memory types/brands.

The OCZ is 2.2v, and the Corsair is 2.1v. Thanks in advance.
