hello there,

i wish to extend my wireless network which is setup and controlled by a LinkSys WRT54GL router to computers in another buliding that is 60m away. I thought of getting another LinkSys WRT54GL to place in the other bulding and joing the two routers with a cable, but the problem i'm facing is that i don't know how to configure the new router to pick/keep the network seetings of the old router. Would someone kindly help me on that. Thanks

Kind Regards,

Roy

You need UTP cable in the Ethernet of the first router, and in the second put the cable in WAN. Sorry for my bad English.
