when i start my computer it shows disc boot failure,insert system disc and press enter what to do tell me

Is this something developed recently ? It is possible a bios Boot Sequence change has occured, sometimes BSODs can do that. Do you have more than one HD ?

Reseat the hard-drive, if that does not work, replace the data cable, try a new port on the system. Try to do a BIOS reset (unplug the PC from the wall, remove the BIOS battery or move the BIOS reset jumpter), if that does not work, you are probably looking at a dead hard-drive.
