Upgrading a power supply in Lenovo A55

I have a LENOVO THINKCENTRE A55 8705 - PENTIUM D 820 2.8 GHZ, with a X300 SE 128 PCI-e 16 low profile card.

I've been trying to find out if I can upgrade my power supply in the event I upgrade my video card.

I'm currently running a dual monitor setup and it's ok. I want to dabble around more in 3d graphics and see that I'll likely need a better video card. I just want to extend the life of this machine for a few more years and wonder if anyone knows if there might be any issues in particular with this machine that I'd encounter when trying to upgrade.

I'm open to suggestions on power supplies, and video cards too. I'm trying to keep costs at a minimum as well.

Thanks in advance.

Will it take a full size or only low profile?

In the description the slot is a PCIe, didn't say it only takes low profile cards, I'm not at home so I can't currently check.
