CPU or GFX upgrade

i need help deciding which direction to go either buy another GTX260 or Step up my old GTX260 and get GTX295 or Get Q9550? which upgrade will boost my game performance the most?


Spec:
eVGA 780i
OZC 4-GB RAM
Corsiar 850W
Intel Q6600
eVGA GTX260

If you are running at stock you can OC to 3GHz or more, so it's not worth changing CPU! What games are too slow? What resolution are you running?

I have My q6600 @ 3.0 right now and its pretty stable so i guess i;; take your advice and not buy a new CPU. and Crysis seem to lag lot on my current system, it unplayable on max setting "1900 X 1200". so which way should i go, another GTX260 or GTX295.
