Continues booting

please advise what's wrong with the system if it's keep on booting cannot continue to windows, am using windows XP.

Boot from cd memtestx86 (or x64 if that's the case), test memory for at least one loop.
Did this start all at once or have you had hardware/software changes ?
Corrupt MBR or boot files may also cause reboots but with a warning.
