I want to delete folders on the left side of the dialog box I never need and add more of my own.

I know how to add, but I want to delete "desktop" and "favorites," which I never use.

Thanks Hawheye,

I did learn you can go into the Registry if you have a Pro version. Pro version als has a CMD utility gpedit that can be use from modifications.

So, you are correct. Nothing I can do.
