i'd say that is very nicely done, i have the BIOSTAR TP35D2-A7 and it's a great little board for the money and a great OC-er, supports any single video card solution and supports basically any LGA775 CPU with the proper BIOS update...

I have the same memory as you and it's really nice/OC-able. I am getting the same video card very soon and currently i have a P4 on that MoBo and i'm updating to an E8400 soon..

My only change (if you have the extra $$$) would be to get the E8400 in the stead of the 5200, with luck, you'll get one with E0 - stepping and those things are serious OC-ers
