HD makes weird sound while boot, PSU prob?

Hello,

When I start PC, my hard drive makes weird sound until windows completely load. First I thought problem was in a hard drive, but then I bought new(and different brand) one and after couple weeks new HD started making exactly the same noise! Is it possible that hard drive doesn't get enough power while booting and because of that makes that noisy sound? what else might be the problem?

What sort of noise? Usually upon boot up, it is common for a mechanical drive to make a clicking noise as it powers on. If you are concerned, you can run a quick diagnostic on the drive(s) using seagate tools.
