Jumper Setting Help PLZ!!!!

hey guys
my new motherboard has following jumper settings for Keyboard/USB

in the manual it says

pins "1-2 closed KB/USB Power ON Disable (DEFAULT)"

pins "2-3 closed KB/USB Power ON Enabled"

Do I live it on DEFAULT or do I change it and make it POWER ON ENABLED???

What mb and what kind of keyboard?

Set it to 2-3 only if you want to power on by pressing a key on the keyboard instead of using the power switch. That works with a PS2 keyboard, but probably not when using a USB keyboard (at least it doesn't on my system).

i just got this jetway motherboard....and like 4 yrs old keyboard....probably goona get new one soon though.....
i just wanted to know what settings mean...like ghislaing mentioned..
i believe i am gonna leave it on default....
