I have Vista Home Premium 64 bit OS and I flashed the Bios using my A1 Suite in Asus to upgrade it and everything went fine but as can sometimes happen I got the message upon reboot that " No Hard Disk Detected ".

Everything is working fine from bootup to shutdown and I know that there is a fix for this...I think in the Bios...but I forgot what it is. Any and all help is very much appreciated. Thanking you all in advance!

My specs are as follows: Mobo is Asus P5Q3 Deluxe WiFi-AP @n LGA 775 ATX Mobo, Intel P45 Chipset, Supports Intel Core 2 Quad CPU's, Dual DDR3 2000, Sata 3Gb/s RAID, CrossFire Ready, PCI-E 2.0

Set the configuration back to what it was before flashing the BIOS and it should work fine.

When you say set the configuration back to what it was before I flashed the Bios do you mean go back to my OLD BIOS version? I'm not quite clear on this! Do you mean find the original version of the Bios on the Asus site and go backwards or flash the Bios again to that original version? Sorry to be so dense but I don't want to mess this up!

No. Just make sure all settings as identical to what they were before flashing the BIOS. Did you reset the CMOS after flashing?
