What would be faster 7x430fsb or 12x333fsb

3.1 GHZ fsb 7*430
or 4ghz FSB 333*12
I had my e5300 @ 7*400mhz seemed
fast enough for my needs and Im just wondering if there is any point in tinkering since I run @ 12*333 now
well...whats faster I dont really have time to test for 40 mins I could use that time for playing games
...im at work right now

Solution
4Ghz is definitely faster... If it is stable and your cooler can manage the temperature then do it.
If you want to do a quick stability test then use intelburn test. It will give you some good indication of stability within 8 minutes ( standard test 2048Mb 5 run). If your PC pass this then it should be stable enough to play games.

bus speed + lower clock speed relative to higher clock speed lower bus
yes Im already running @ 4ghz*333 low temps and its 100 percent stable
well games never crash and I can complete 3dmark @ just over 15,1xx pts so thats good enough
and 400fsb*9 is 3.6 with my low cache is that still gonna be the sweet spot you think ?
