Audio and video ok on one user account but only video but no audio for the other

Hello,
there are 3 users accounts on my PC. When I play videos or go to utube, everythings ok. I get sound with video but the other 2 accounts get no sound when they play videos. Can you help me?

You must make sure Audio is installed "For all users" not "just me", same for anything else not showing up in other accounts. Fix it from your main Admin. account. Re-install software and/or drivers if needed.
