3650 vs 4650

I have a Sapphire HD3650 512ddr2(1000Mhz) graphic card and I plan to replace it with Sapphire HD4650 512 ddr3 (1400Mhz). Is there any real difference between these cards and how big it is on 22 inch monitor (1680x1050)?

ddr2 vs DDR3 is also a big difference if you speak about the same card.

a very worthwhile bump to a HD4670 at $60 after rebate would make good sense.

HD 4670's are great, and well worth the money.
Do not keep you 3650 any longer!
