Hey there toms forum. I have a 9800 GX2 reference card that has a defect, but nVidia support refuses to accept that the card is their product and kept asking me to look for a name on the box that doesn't exist of a 3d party manufacturer. I was wondering if anyone knows who manufacturers the nVidia boards so that I might contact them for service.

Thanks
David

Where did you get it? I've never seen a pure Nvidia card.

try to look on the back for a FCC ID number and try to look it up that way.

Where and when did you purchase the card? I`m writing in the UK Forum but we get messages from all over the Globe and your rights with reguard to purchases vary widely from country to country.

Can you post a picture of the card ? or provide a link with the exact card pictured ? Try a google image search. we may recognise some of the markings.
